Vitaseal Ultim'air

Vita Cellular Foams (UK) will launch Vitaseal Ultim’Air, its next generation of sealing tapes for window/door installation, at FIT 2014. Exhibiting at Stand 366 at the Fabricator & Installer Trade Show from 10 – 12 June at the Telford International Centre, the VCF team will introduce Vitaseal Ultim’Air. The integrated membrane offers perfect air tightness, coupled with water tightness against driving rain and acoustic and thermal insulation.

It’s ideal for cavity mounted windows and doors on new build and refurbishment projects. This innovative new product wins on performance, ease of application and surpasses the UK Building Regulation standards for air tightness. It was specially designed for Passive Houses and energy efficient buildings. Available in a range of sizes; it provides a one-stop solution to all your building projects. Come and visit Stand 366 and be one of the first to learn about Vitaseal Ultim’Air.

Joint sealing product

Product Spotlight

Vitaseal is a unique combination of a resilient foam and a water resisting binder. The combination produces a "dry" pre-formed strip seal used to resist weather ingress in fenestration, roofing and automotive applications. The viscoelastic properties also offer noise and vibration damping.

Vitaseal is supplied as a pre-compressed roll, with one side being self adhesive to assist with initial positioning. Available in a number of different widths and thicknesses. Used in the correct way, Vitaseal is suitable for many different applications when used at the specific compression.

Ecobuild 2012

With Over 1600 companies exposing as well as 50,000 Professionals visiting, Ecobuild asserts itself as one of world's largest show for Eco-construction On the English market, Ecobuild is the largest show dedicated to Construction in general.

Thus, as Tramico is growing on the export markets, they wanted to be part of this year's show at Excel London Exhibition Centre.

Thanks to UBIFRANCE (aiming to help French companies grow abroad), Tramico found itself in the French Pavillion, among other French companies, all gathered by this eco-friendly commitment.

Tramico's ambition was to establish itself as a big exporter, in particular on the UK market, at a time when building regulation is changing fast, creating new opportunities for Vitaseal's development.

Therefore, Tramico and Vitec were exposing together throughout their products Vitaseal VSR 600, HPE, Tramiflex.

The new product manager for Vitaseal in the UK was there as well as English colleagues and French ones in order to promote expanding joint sealing tape.

This step was a big challenge for Tramico and Vitec, inasmuch as British people mainly use silicones and mastics to seal exterior joineries. Therefore, the objective was to make people realize of the value added of Vitaseal, and changes in terms of energy performances regulations.

With a high number of visitors and a growing interest for Vitaseal, Tramico's stand was of great success. We are sure that this show will bring strong economic fallouts. Good luck to Vitaseal!
